1. OUR 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our product. If you are not feeling the difference, we offer a full refund on your first purchase within 90 days—no questions asked.

• First-time orders only: Applies strictly to your first purchase.

• Quantity limit: Guarantee applies to a maximum of 2 items/kits. Bulk purchases beyond this limit do not qualify for a full refund under the guarantee.

• Limit 1 refund per customer/household.

• Keep the product: You do not need to ship opened or used product back to us—just contact customer support.

2. STANDARD RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS & REPEAT ORDERS)

For repeat orders, subscription renewals, or unopened items not covered by our 90-Day Guarantee:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Exclusions: Opened supplements or used items outside of your initial 90-day guarantee are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide a brief description and photos of the damaged item.

• We will send a free replacement or process a full refund immediately.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A GUARANTEE CLAIM OR RETURN

To request a refund under the 90-Day Guarantee or initiate a standard return:

1. Email Customer Support at support@attaboylabs.com with your order number.

2. Indicate whether you are claiming the 90-Day Guarantee or requesting a standard return.

3. Our team will verify your eligibility and issue a refund or provide return instructions.

5. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

• Guarantee Refunds: Refunded in full to your original payment method without requiring a physical return.

• Standard Returns: Issued once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.

• Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

6. UNAUTHORIZED RESALE POLICY

Attaboy products are sold exclusively through our official website and authorized channels. We do not honor refund claims or return requests for products purchased with the intent to resell or purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers (such as unauthorized Amazon or eBay storefronts). We reserve the right to decline refunds or limit order quantities if resale activity is suspected.

7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

• Subscriptions can be canceled 7 days after your initial order has processed.  To manage, skip or cancel your subscription, please log into the portal. From the dashboard, go to 'More', then select 'Cancel'. You will then have the option to Skip your next order or Continue cancelling.

• Please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged.

• Once a subscription payment has processed, that recurring charge is non-refundable.
