- Applies to first-time orders only.
- Limited to one refund per customer.
- Product does not need to returned—just contact our support team and we'll take care of the rest.
2. Return Eligibility (Non-Guarantee Related)
If you need to return an unopened item outside the 90-Day Guarantee:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened supplements or used consumables are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or claim the 90-Day Guarantee:
- Email our Customer Support team at support@liveattaboy.com with your order number.
- Let us know whether it's a return or a refund request under the Guarantee.
- We'll verify and either issue a refund or provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
- Guarantee Refunds: Refunded in full to your original payment method. No return shipment required.
- Standard Returns: Refund issued once item is received and inspected.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos or description of the issue.
- We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.
6. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be canceled anytime.
- Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
